Co-founder of Reserver.ca (late 2018). Developer, trainer, and coach in short-term rental chalets/Airbnb at Immofacile; owner of several chalets and expert in creative financing. Since 2017, he has been developing a project in Sainte-Adèle with 70+ lots exclusively dedicated to short-term rentals (Chaletslocatifs.com).
Patrick Béland
Co-founder of Reserver.ca. Leads the technology platform, marketing performance, and acquisition strategy. Former president of Micro-connexion (rural ISP) and system administrator at CGI; investor in short-term rental properties in Quebec and Costa Rica.
