Our chalets in the Laurentians start at around $250 per night for a small chalet in the off-season, and climb to $800–$1,200 per night for larger ski-in/ski-out properties in Tremblant during peak season. The median price across our entire portfolio is $425 per night. Winter and summer weekends see the highest rates.

When is the best time to book a chalet in the Laurentians?

For Christmas, New Year's Day, and the March break: 4 to 6 months in advance. For January-February ski weekends: 2 to 3 months. For summer: 6 to 10 weeks. For off-peak weeks, availability is often found 7 to 14 days in advance.

Are there any waterfront cottages in the Laurentians?

Yes, it's even the region's specialty. The Laurentians boast over 9,000 lakes, and our waterfront cottages typically include a private dock, a canoe, and a pedal boat. Popular destinations include Lac-Supérieur, Lac Ouimet, Lac Tremblant, Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard, and Saint-Donat.

Are the chalets registered with CITQ?

All our chalets in the Laurentians hold a valid CITQ permit, in accordance with Law 67 in force since September 2023. The number appears on each property sheet and in the booking confirmation.

Do you accept animals in the Laurentians?

Some of our cottages are dog-friendly, but this isn't the case everywhere. Policies vary from owner to owner. The "pets allowed" filter in the Laurentians catalogue only lists pet-friendly options.

How long does it take to get to Mont-Tremblant from Montreal?

Approximately 2 hours via Highway 15 North and then Route 117. Saint-Sauveur, the gateway to the Laurentians, is 1 hour and 15 minutes from downtown. Allow an additional 30 to 45 minutes during peak season due to Sunday evening traffic.
