All payments are processed securely through GuestyPay, powered by Stripe. The prices you see already include GST, QST, and the 3.5% accommodation tax. No surprise charges at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation receipt by email once your payment goes through.

All of our chalets use self check-in with keyless entry, so there's no need to coordinate arrival times or meet anyone on-site. You'll receive your access instructions by email 24 hours before your check-in date, including the entry code and any specific directions for the property.
